Basic Requirements for Non Air Bubble Laminating  

1 . Make sure the roller is smooth , no any other dirty things on it . 

2 .During Laminating , need pressure towards the same direction , And maake sure only can touch the front side , the back-end cannot be bonded directly ,then can achieve non-bubbles result .

3. In order to prevent there maybe visible, Pressure and Speed should be average 。 
4 . Laminating must be operated in cleanroom .

Nowadays ,there are three kinds of OCA Lamination : 1 ,Soft to Soft lamination , 2 , Hard to Hard Lamination , 3 ,Soft to hard lamination .
   The normal methods for lamination is Hard to Soft laination , because its efficity and pass rate is almost 100% , the oldest way is hard to hard lamination , and as the soft to soft lamination , it is used for preventing screen broken , but this lamination result is not the best .
