First: The temperature controller is different, the black one uses industrial, which is widely used in BGA rework stations, because it can bring high accurate and precise temperature detection.
Second: the black LCD Screen Repair Separator Machine uses sheet metal, which can experience high temperature higher then 300 degree. But the yellow one uses bakelite（Phenolic Resin,) once the temperature get to 150 degrees, the material will give off toxic gases which is bad for your health .

3. The black lcd repair machine is 2 in one . It is not only ideal for separator the cell phone LCDS, but also can be used for bga reballing & soldering like reflow oven ht-1212, because the temperature can get to 200 degrees, but the yellow one can only get to less then 150 degrees, only can repair cell phone lcds.
4. There are two switches for the black LCD Screen Repair Separator Machine . One is for power on, after power on, you can set the temperature according to your actual need first, then the machine will begin to run the correct profile if you press the second confirm switch, this is easy for operating and can prevent the LCDS from burned.
