Mishell Teaches you how to replace Polarize Quickly ---- OCA Vacuum Laminating Machine

Nowadays , many of our customers are new to the Broken Screen Repair Business Industry , Some broken screens are only need remover uv glue , then laminating glass , but they may have problems for cleaning all the glue , so how we should do if that happen ? Now , we teach you how to replace Samsung Polarize quickly , Get rid of using soldering Iron .

Processing Step are as below :

1. Using Xiyo Co.,'s Vacuum Touch Separator ( Preheating Station ) for heating , hand knife by one of your hand , the the other hand take the polarize . see that photo below :

2, single-handedly lifted the Polaroid ， the other hand cut with a razor blade slowly and smoothly .

3. Clean the screen

4. Laminating / Attaching the new polarize

5. Finishing the replacement

After finishing attaching the Polarize , then bonding OCA , Put on the glass , then put in the Vacuum Laminating Machine for Lamination .
